Your fitness exercises from home will act as a great motivator for your children. There can be some interesting exercises for children too that would keep them interested and happy exercising.

Include backyard games as a part of your child’s routine. Games involving simple props like balls, balloons, bats and Frisbees are always a hit. Encourage your child to mimic his favorite animals. Teach your child about joints in the body and fun ways to discover them. Organize races with the neighborhood children. Introduce your child to the jump rope. The whole purpose of the activities should be fun.
